1. Our Products & Business Model

Most Yokai Factory products are made-to-order and produced after you place an order.

Because of this:

  • Small differences in color or print position may occur.
  • Colors may appear different depending on screens or device settings.
  • Production starts shortly after payment confirmation, so changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Some products may be marked as Final Sale, meaning they’re not eligible for return except if defective.

2. User Eligibility

To use this website and place orders, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a legal guardian.
  • Provide accurate and truthful personal and shipping information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information.

3. Orders & Product Availability

3.1. An order is considered accepted once payment has been confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email.

3.2. You are responsible for verifying size, design, and delivery information before placing the order.

3.3. We cannot guarantee that displayed product colors or images perfectly match the final product.

3.4. In rare cases, product stock or production availability may change. If this happens, we may offer a replacement, alternative product, or issue a refund.

4.1. All prices are shown in the currency selected on your store view.

4.2. Depending on your location, taxes, VAT, or duties may be applied at checkout or by your local customs authorities.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

5.1. Shipping details and delivery estimates are available in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

5.2. Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, delays or issues caused by third-party carriers are outside of our direct control.

5.3. For customers in the European Union / UK, ownership risk transfers when the product is physically received by you.

5.4. For customers outside the EU/UK, risk typically transfers once the package is handed to the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

6.1. If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

6.2. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6.3. Buyer’s remorse or size issues are generally not eligible for refunds due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
