Refund policy

1. Damaged, defective or misprinted items:

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we’ll take full responsibility.
  • Please contact us within 30 days after receiving your item.
  • Send us an email to: info@yokaifactory.com
  • Include clear photos of the problem and your order number.
  • If the issue was our fault, we will either: send a replacement, or issue a full refund, depending on the case.

2. Lost packages

If your order gets lost during shipping:

  • Claims must be sent within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Contact us at info@yokaifactory.com so we can investigate and assist you

3. Wrong address / Unclaimed packages

If the shipping address provided by you is incorrect or incomplete, or if the package is not claimed:

  • The shipment may be returned or lost.
  • In these cases, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
  • Unclaimed packages are returned to our facilities and may be donated to charity after 30 days if not recovered.

4. Returns requested by the customer

Since our products are made to order and custom printed, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change-of-mind purchases.

5. Non-returnable products

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized items
  • Sealed items for hygiene reasons such as face masks
  • Items damaged due to misuse or washing instructions not followed

6. Special case: European Union customers

According to EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c) and (e)), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to customer specifications or personalized.
  • Sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons.
  • Therefore, Yokai Factory reserves the right to refuse returns for these reasons.

7. Governing language

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
