Shipping policy

At Yokai Factory, all items are made to order specifically for you using high-quality print-on-demand processing. Here’s what you should know:

Production (Fulfillment): Most orders are fulfilled within 2-5 business days after purchase (production time).
Shipping: Once fulfilled, shipping time depends on the destination:

  • USA (domestic): approx. 3–4 business days after fulfillment.
  • Europe & other international regions: approx. 5–20 business days after fulfillment.
    These are estimates only — actual delivery may take shorter or longer due to factors outside our control (customs, carrier delays, address issues).

Carriers & Tracking

Your order will be shipped via dependable carriers. When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Please check your address carefully: if you provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the shipment may be returned or lost, and you may be responsible for any reshipment costs.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international orders, local customs or import duties may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated. The delivery time may be extended due to customs processing.

Final Sale – Important Note

Because products are custom-printed on demand, all orders are considered final sale, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect print.
This means:

  • You cannot cancel, exchange, or return items for reasons such as “changed my mind”, “wrong size”, or “didn’t like it”.
  • If you believe the item is defective, misprinted, or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@yokaifactory.com with your order number and photos. We will review and issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost, Damaged or Defective Orders

If your item is lost in transit, delayed far beyond the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged/incorrect, please contact us at info@yokaifactory.com with the order number and photographs of the issue. We will handle these cases individually.
Claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Unclaimed, returned shipments may be disposed of/donated at the cost of the customer.

Shipping Profile Changes & Holidays

Please note that fulfilment and shipping times may vary during holiday seasons or due to external disruptions (carrier delays, global events).
We reserve the right to update our shipping profile and policy. The version posted here is current as of November 2025.
